The Decatur Fine Arts Exhibition is an ideal venue for reviewing outstanding regional works. Pieces from this exhibition are selected for the City of Decatur’s collection, and the body of work offers rich resources for both corporate and private collections. Purchase Awards are a particularly effective way to purchase—donors of the Purchase Awards each select a wonderful piece of art for their own collections from the juried show, gain recognition as the donors of  the awards, and have the opportunity to honor particular pieces.
